Strength Coaching
PROCESS
We recommend starting with a Consultation visit. This is your opportunity to meet us, see the space, & ask questions. We will discuss how we would approach your specific needs & goals, and our recommendations for your exercise program & frequency. The consultation is $52.50, but you can apply that to your coaching services.
All strength coaching clients begin with an Initial Assessment. This visit typically takes 1.5 - 2 hrs. It includes a review of your intake questionnaire as well as a variety of physical assessments. This allows us to gather the information we need to build your program. $210
Once your assessment is complete, the fun begins! We will schedule specific days and times for you every week that are always yours as long as you maintain your training membership. We do require a 12 week minimum commitment to work with a coach, as it can take that long to settle into a new routine and begin to see results.
In addition to traditional 1 on 1 strength coaching, we also offer the option to have a custom program built that you do on your own. That could be in our space, in your own space, or a combination.

All strength coaching memberships include:

A customized workout program, including additional independent training days & homework
Access to our coaching app to track your workouts
Free station rental for additional independent workouts

Depending on the number of in-person sessions you want per week and the experience of the coach you work with, prices range from $488 - $2016 every 4 weeks. Ask us about our cash pay discount!
GROUP TRAINING
Our Lift Lab: Group Training is for people who want the high quality progressive programming that you get with strength coaching but at a much lower price point. You also get the community aspect that comes with attending a class. Group Training gives you the best of both worlds!
This is a great choice for anyone who feels comfortable with basic exercises and is ready to move beyond the limitations of a class. Our Group Training memberships give you many of the benefits of strength coaching without the cost of one on one sessions.
Lift Lab Group Training includes:
A complete, progressive workout program for lifting 2-4x per week plus daily homework & cardio
Access to our coaching app to track your workouts
Nutritional guidance
Blocks of time when a coach is available to help with form, spotting, questions, etc
Ability to book a station for your workout if you aren't able to make it during the designated coaching hours
A workout that travels with you
Free cardio machine reservations
25% off all classes and infrared sauna
10% off supplements
Group Training is not customized to your particular needs or goals. We can make basic modifications, but if you have specific physical needs or goals then working one on one with a strength coach will be a better fit for you.
Note that Group Training is not a class, it’s a lifting membership that includes coach support.
Group Training memberships are billed every 4 weeks.
