ROPE SKILLS & DRILLS
About the Class
This class will help you improve your basic skills & strength on the rope. Skills worked on may include straddle or other climbs, bent & straight arm inversions, windmill, hip key, beats, c shaping (back balance, rolling down, rolling up), etc. Bring your goals & requests! You are also welcome to bring your own rope if desired.
Prereqs: working on inversions, straddle climb, windmill, & scissor hip key. Email kyla@misfitstrengthstudio.com with any questions or to schedule an aerial assessment.
Special Instructions
Wear clothing that is easy to move in. To protect yourself and the fabric, please remove jewelry before class: rings, necklaces, & large earrings that could get caught on the fabric. Also, no clothing with zippers, exposed velcro, rivets, etc is allowed.
